Frank Lytle

Frank Lytle is a Landman with decades of experience in oil and gas leasing, particularly across northeast Texas, where he has worked extensively with landowners and built trusted relationships. As Vice President of Land at ETNR, Frank leads the company’s land leasing strategy and spearheads community engagement efforts, regularly hosting town hall meetings to foster transparency and local collaboration.
Frank’s career spans senior roles at major energy companies including Halliburton and Transocean, with deep expertise in exploration, production, acquisitions and divestitures, and strategic operations across North America. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen.
A Vietnam Veteran and long-time resident of the region, Frank brings a deep sense of commitment to the communities in which ETNR operates.
